Sally Martin

Sally originally trained as a Cordon Bleu chef, and then went on to become Head Chef in top hotel restaurants. She won the Young Chef of the Year, and has since travelled widely.

Later Sally qualified as a Nutritional Therapist and has subsequently become a tutor at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, and set up her own successful nutritional clinic. Sally firmly believes in seasonal, local food as the corner stone to good nutrition.

The unique combination of her proven skills as a chef and her understanding of the science of Nutrition, gives Sally a special perspective on how to eat in both an enjoyable and healthy way.
