Jules Cattell
Jules has always had a passion for food but it was following a visit to a nutritionist in 1998 that her interest in food as therapy blossomed. Suffering classic stress related problems, the result of 10 years in a highly stressful executive role. Jules soon learned the power of nutritional therapy and immediately decided to turn nutrition into her new career.
After graduating from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2001 Jules worked as Marketing Manager for the highly regarded supplement company, BioCare. She then returned to ION as a tutor and Year Programme Leader, before forming Equilibria Health Ltd with Alex in 2004. Jules currently practices in Stratford on Avon, alongside lecturing and writing for the local and national press.
